1. NO JOB IS TOO BIG OR SMALL!
We have Lighting Designers on staff that will work with you to solve any
lighting issues. We specialize in energy efficiency, remodeling, architectural,
commercial, interior, exterior, new construction and landscape lighting.
2. SHIPPING
Bear Lighting offers free shipping for purchases of over $100.00 within
the Continental U.S. Charges for shipping are based on the total weight
and dimensions of your order and are displayed in the online shopping
cart at time of checkout. Please contact us if charges are not displayed
and your order is under $100. We ship by UPS ground. We also offer next
day air, 2nd day air and 3 day select. We do not ship on holidays or weekends.
Larger orders are shipped by freight at our discretion. Outside the continental
United States brokerage fees, customs duties and other fees are the sole
responsibility of the ordering party.
3. OUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Bear Lighting will refund 100% of any unused merchandise. All items must
be in their original cartons and packaging. All paperwork must be included.
Returns must be made within 7 calender days of delivery. We will honor
any warranty stated by the manufacturer on said items. Any breakage or
defects must be declared within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise.
In some cases the shipper must be contacted to file a claim.
4. RETURNS
Bear Lighting will refund 100% of any unused merchandise. Returns require
authorization in the form of a RMA (return authorization number). Items
must be received by Bear Lighting within 10 days from the issue of a RMA
or you will not receive any credit for your return. Returns are handled
through Bear Lighting and must be in the original cartons and packaging.
All paperwork must be included. Returns must be made within 7 calendar
days of delivery. We do not ship on trial or consignment. In some cases
a 25-50% restocking charge may apply. We do not offer returns on special
ordered items or any clearance merchandise. |
